Farhad Mofavaz

Farhad Mofavaz (b. 1988, Tehran) Painter and Illustrator. He received his diploma in Graphic Design from Soureh Art School (2006) and his B.A. in Painting from Shahed University, Tehran (2011). His strong passion for narrative and storytelling led him to begin his professional career in comic strip design and collaborations with cultural and cinematic projects. He has also been engaged in teaching figurative drawing, color
studies, and storyboarding, an activity that continues to this day. Since 2017, his main focus has been on painting, where his works explore the representation of imagination through narrative. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Iran and abroad.
